"The staff were very friendly. Absolutely beautiful hotel but slightly damp bathrooms (we had two separate rooms with a bathroom each - both damp). Fabulous breakfast. Very local position - we could walk everywhere in Marrakech. Great hotel"

"Perfect if you are French and like feral children. Pool music far too loud for relaxing. Hotel room very noisy as overlooked garden near outside area. Avoid!! Mawda on reception was the most unhelpful human ive ever met and was very dismissive of our enquiry to a lost item. All other staff ok but noticeably more accomadating to french guests. Hotel was very clean and food choices acceptable. Room was spacious but noisy. Shuttle bus into Marrakech was reliable but dropped off a long way away from The Medina, approx 40 minute walk. "

Execellent intercontinental dishes.Infacts, we alI enjoyed the food as it was delicious and in abundants excepts if you dont want to eat.Honestly, its a place I wish to visit again and again if I have the money. "At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless."

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday. We went with our 3 year old, and there was plenty to do in the daytime and entertainment in the evening. The swimming pool has a great shallow / paddling section, and the splash pool with little slides is great. The kids club is quite well equipped, and the playground and trampoline were a really great addition too. The staff were all super friendly, probably the best I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere!. The buffets were good - I really enjoyed some of the Moroccan dishes, and of course there were also the general hotel buffet dishes, so there is something for everyone. The drinks were fine- the wine was quite nice and the piña coladas were very tasty! There were lots of families with children there - ranging from babies to older children, all having a lovely time, so it’s really ideal if you have a family. The evening entertainment included dancing for the children for half an hour before the main entertainment. But there were also plenty of couples /groups of friends too, so I would say the hotel suits everyone. "
