「I know it is winter in Santiago. But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning. 5 star hotel? No way.」

「Good value for money. Spacious and you have everything you need in kitchen with balcony and washing machine.」
