"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"My room was great. The location is fantastic. The only downside was that the upper level restaurant and pool facilities, etc were all closed down for construction. While this is completely understandable, it would have been nice to have been told this in advance while there was still time to cancel and book a different hotel with a view. Also, the breakfast was good, but if you are planning early morning tours then you might want to reconsider as they did not offer take-away options or anything for travelers whose schedules didn’t align with the breakfast hours. Overall, I would stay here again if the facilities are all working."
