Location Location Location! This hotel is close to everything in Las Condes. Parque Arauco for Shopping and multiple restaurants across the street, please try "LOLITA JONES" for a great Mexican meal and drinks...Spotless facility with gym, comfortable rooms decent speed free wifi and a great view from the top floor where the restaurant is located.

This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing.

Great place to stay if you want to see the real heart of Santiago 👍 it was my first time to Chile from USA and I love it. Great weather, great people and santiago is so laid back for such a huge city. I get like I was in Austin Texas or somewhere smaller because the hills and mountains and greenery break up the massive size of this lovely City.

Poor H&S procedures

The hotel is in a nice leafy suburb about 30 minute drive from centre. Great rooftop restaurant. Hotel is clean and modern however has a major flaw. The toilet and shower are tiny and badly designed. The toilet cubicle is about the same size as that on a plane and shower cubicle is also very small, both open directly into the bedroom. Infact my wife slipped while trying to manoeuvre out of the shower and really badly bruised her arm and shoulder, it could have been much worse. We notified reception as we needed to go to the hospital and emailed the manager as i wanted to ensure they logged the accident. However, three days after the accident, when we were checking out, i asked to see the manager. Remarkbly, he told me that the accident hadn't been reported to him or logged. This is quite poor for a major hotel chain.
