「The room was huge for Chilean standards and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well kept and you could enjoy sitting outside beside the vineyard. Breakfast was good as well. They sell snacks and have an elevator so you dont have to carry your luggage up steps. Lots of safe, free parking. Oh, and a fridge in your room. You need a car to access restaurants nearby.」

「Although the assigned room was below our expectations, the staff relocated us to a larger and very comfortable small suite. Appreciate the efforts from Esperanza and Felipe to make the rest of our visit to Las Majadas a wonderful and unique experience.」

「The room condition was good.」

「Have never seen that causal style of reception like a small space with a couple of tables only. Could not recognize it when we checked in. Receptionists were however very pleasant and informative that made our stay comfortable」

「I know it is winter in Santiago. But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning. 5 star hotel? No way.」
