Unfortunately, we had to leave two days earlier than planned because our baby was crying a lot and we were not able to stay longer. Even in this difficult situation, the staff showed exceptional support and kindness. At 2:00 am, one of the staff members was already there to help us by printing our tickets and arranging a taxi to the airport for the same morning, as we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. On top of that, since we could not stay for all the booked days, the hotel kindly provided us with a voucher to use for the unused days, which we truly appreciated.
