"Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. I wish we stayed longer!"

"Best breakfast of our trip! Everything else was nice as well."

"Excellent food, customer service, and overall experience."

"We had no issues whatsoever. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hot springs were great. If you come by car, the location of the hotel is also good. Overall a very pleasant experience."

"Food was excellent "

"Actually barely saw staff as check in and out automated. Nice hotel, conveniently located for restaurants and not too far from station. Comfortable room with some clothes cleaning cabinet."

"Hi All, We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting. Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station. "

"A very special place. Gorgeous surroundings. Top level gourmet cuisine. En-suite onset was amazing. Friendly staff. Just wow."

"Clean, good onsen, if you have a car great for sightseeing in Ura Bandai area. Dinner is good but breakfast somewhat spartan compare to same level hotels in the area."

"The best meal we had for this trip, just the meal is worth the price."
