Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!

Room with onsen is excellent. Good view to see Mt. Zao. Food is delicious esp. Yonezawa Beef. Highly recommend for couple.

Hotel und Zimmer sind die Jahre gekommen. Es riehcht muffelig in den Gängen und in den Zimmern. Das Holz in den privatpools ist verschimmelt. Wasserflecken an den Klimaanlagen. Das einzig gute war das hilfsbereite Personal und das Essen im Restaurant war authentisch und lecker. Wir haben den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen

全体的に清潔感がありましたが、 お風呂に手すりが無かったのは足の不自由な人間にとっては少し危ないかなと思いました。 また、朝食のご飯の説明がとてもわかりやすく良かった反面、 とても美味しかったお米の銘柄、産地の説明が無く残念でした。 それでもとてもゆっくりできて良かったです。

脚の状態が思わしくなく、寝起きに難儀している義父のために、和室ではあったがフロントに尋ねたところ、簡易ベットの設置をご提案頂き、10分後には対応してもらえた事に大変感謝しています。 ただ、部屋付きトイレのウォシュレットに不具合があり、それだけでは残念でした。

部屋についている温泉に関して、最初は水ですがしばらく蛇口を開けておけば、暖かい温泉が出て来ますとの事だったが、5分経っても水のまま。結局部屋風呂は使わずに大浴場に行きました。楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。 また、値段と比例していない料理。 品数は多いものの、ひとつひとつが本当に少量で、味も含めてかなり微妙でした。 リピートは無いと思います。

非常滿意的體驗！員工非常親切又很專業，房間非常舒適，一進房間就有淡淡的木頭香，室內湯房很療癒，而且已經放好熱水讓旅客一入住就可以泡進溫泉並欣賞風景，而且一直恆溫，讓我們讚嘆不已！還有很多令人驚嘆的貼心小物，真的一定要給五顆星！日式早餐很有氣氛，也很好吃！而且一天比一天豐富太滿意了👍預約的車站接送服務也很滿意，服務人員也是一級棒，完全賓至如歸，下次一定會再來💗

友達4人での旅行でした。 部屋が広く掘りごたつ、そして源泉の檜風呂付。部屋での源泉風呂は初めてでしたので、とてもゆっくりできました。 食事も個室で、なにより食べ物が美味しい！ チェックアウト時間も11時と、とてものんびり温泉旅行を満喫できました。
