"Great location, centrally located to all the stations and bus stops, as well as shopping centers and street markets. Staff was helpful and polite. Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance."

"Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free. "

"The room we had was so spacious, modern, and just what we needed after traveling down from Tokyo. The shower is separated from the toilet which is nice. The onsen felt like a luxury spa walking in. Laundry machines wash and dry at the same time. This hotel is extremely walking to the fish/shopping market. My partner and I got coffees from the hotel cafe/bar and it was delicious! Since most places don’t open til 10 am, we had breakfast once at the hotel. We recommend the English breakfast. Light breakfast and feels healthy too! The staff were always welcoming and helpful, we appreciate their kindness and hospitality."
