"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal"

"This is a duplex and the pool out back was good but you do share with the next door attached duplex but we never saw the other people. Had some problems with the TVs. The one in the main room and the smaller bedroom were Roku but only one Roku remote. The TV in the master bedroom didn't seem to have any connections to be able to use.One afternoon returning from Universal, there was a couple fixing the loose netting around the pool and cleaning the pool but were there until after 8pm which held...
