Thank you for taking care of me for about two weeks during our family trip. The room was very clean and I had a wonderful time. The children's room was also a unique, American-style room, and the children were delighted. I have absolutely no complaints, and I am nothing but grateful for being able to spend my time comfortably. I sometimes leave home and pass by the staff, and everyone was working with smiles, which was wonderful. I'm going to Florida again soon. I would like to stay here again then. Thank you very much.

Plenty of activities, close to stores and restaurants. Excellent for families. I had only one issue. The enforcement of parking. Rules are in place for a reason. Parking is for the most part in front of your villa. I had an issue where I called security to request for the next door villa to move their vehicle due to inconvenience of parking in my assigned spot. You pay to park 37.00 a day. So I had to park around the corner away from my villa and make 3 to 4 trips to unload my vehicle. I asked if they would refund my parking for that day. But no response from Villatel. And the parking company metropolis stated “ they are were not aware of any parking assignments”. So no refund. People just follow the rules and the company needs to stand by what the put in writing. Because I took a picture of the parking rules. The person should have been towed because of the rule. I’m not sure if this was a privilege thing or not because they did nothing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Maison spacieuse, design et plutôt bien équipée. L Aqua Park est propre et accueillant, bonne musique. L emplacement est très bien dans Orlando. Nous regrettons néanmoins des frais de stationnement très cher (presque 400 dollars pour 10 jours, c est énorme) pas de ménage prévu pendant le séjour et produits de première nécessité très limité en quantité (lessive, papier wc, pastilles pour le lave vaisselles, savons corps et cheveux) alors que les resort fees sont eux aussi très élevés … malgré les matelas confortables, les protèges matelas était relativement sales et les serviettes de bain présentaient des traces jaunes.

We loved staying at this place. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the location, the resort itself was perfect, the villa we stayed at was clean, stocked and more than enough room for everyone. Definitely would recommend this place and if we ever come back to this area we would absolutely stay here again.

Was not the most kid friendly house do no recommend if you have small children. Also the pictures of property online are very deceiving. Everything is much smaller in person. Slides in kids room are not very safe my child hit his head at bottom on cabinet located at bottom of slide and baseboard. Stairs are very slippery and not good for small children even while holding their hands they had very hard time. Even bought a baby gate but they do not fit stairwells they are to wide. Biggest issue was when I expressed to the staff at water park that I was very uncomfortable when I walked out of a bathroom stall and there was a male staff member cleaning the toilet in front of me staring at me. There was no sign stating cleaning in process and the bathroom was full of little girls and mothers. I understand if it was a female staff cleaning while we were all in there but not an older adult male staring at everyone. I told the pool staff it was not appropriate in a women’s room with children in it and the where extremely rude and a said kids should not be in women’s room alone. I told them I was uncomfortable as an adult. I went to front desk and expressed how rude the pool staff was about it to me and they to told me well in other countries this wouldn’t be an issue and told me that’s how it is there. I was shocked how I was spoken to after I was being extremely nice about it to everyone and said nothing harsh about situation except that I was extremely uncomfortable.

The villa was clean. Limited items in the kitchen and the bunk room got shot hot that the top bunks were unusable multiple nights. The AC is set to 70 and the bunks block the vents. Called in to the number and didn't always reach a person so had to wait until the next day. Lots of charges for things- parking, pickle ball, etc. Our villa was very far from the pool. Easy to get around and close to things.

In the past we have stayed on campus at Universal Studios which was super convenient with transportation and eateries within walking distance and very nice accommodations however booking two rooms for a party of six in decent sized rooms was very very expensive. At Villatel you don't have the onsite convenience however the experience is soooo much better especially for a longer stay and with larger parties. The house we stayed in was exceptional with the only major complaint being that the sliding glass door to the pool did not lock properly. We called Guest Services and the first time someone came out promptly and showed us the procedure to lock the door properly which appeared to work but after the person left we just tugged on the door a little harder and it just opened right up. I called again for someone to fix it but no one showed up that I could tell so we lived with the insecure sliding door for the entire length of our stay. We had to pay separately to heat the pool and for daily parking. These extra charges were annoying. It was definitely worth it to heat the pool especially since the hot tub does not work unless the pool is heated since water and heat is diverted to the hot tub once its been turned on. The pool was great. It had a basketball hoop so even though it was a small pool we had a lot of fun. It was great using the gas grill. It had a full tank of propane and was easy to use and a very good cooker. We plan to book at Villatel for our next trip.

Family friendly, clean, staff was very nice, main pool was nice and warm and water slides were fun. Villa pool was nice when the weather was warm.

The property is new so everything was new and clean. The property has a great location, close to Universal and not far from Disney and Disney Springs. I liked that it had a restaurant on site that was quick to get your food or bar items. Like the all the options for the kids to do during the day, basketball tournaments, slime making etc. we didn't have to keep them entertained all day.

We loved this resort, first time staying here. House was very clean, and so nice. The kids loved every minute. We were able to cook dinners, contact front desk for questions, and the pool area was so much fun! Can't wait to come back!

The parking setup is horrible plus expensive. $37 a day, app setup is also terrible. Parking fees and rates are not clearly spelled out. We won’t be going back.

The villa was beautiful. It looked and felt almost brand new. The pool and property were also very nice. I like the fact that the entire property was gated and you had a parking space reserved for your villa right out your door.

Most things about this villa were great - beds comfortable, room had all these perks - giant scrabble, poker, video games, lots of spaces. The pool and hot tub were great. However, for the price point I found the property nickles and dimes - only two dishwasher tabs, no cutting boards, only two coffee pods, no salt or pepper or anything really for basic cooking that I would have expected. Not even a wine glass. No body lotion. And the worst was the $25 charge to heat the hot tub - it felt like a deception to me given I got a larger villa to get the hot tub and then was told the hot tub wouldn’t be hot unless I paid more? Well then don’t advertise that it is a hot tub - just a plunge pool that can be heated for an extra charge. Frankly a bit disappointing and soured the experience a bit. I could have managed the rest if that hadn’t have occurred
