"Noah at check in was phenomenal. Extremely friendly, efficient and accommodating. The room is spotless and spacious. Comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower. The airport shuttle was a wonderful perk."

"All of the staff were super friendly, willing to help. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we had the option to valet our car for a fee which was very convenient. Great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge & King St. The lobby bar was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed overnight in the Historic Double Suite. We loved the nostalgia of the original exterior windows. The rooms have been renovated, and included a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and was a decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend One King West Hotel."
