"The site is being worked on outside and scaffolding was in front of the building but stairs and a ramp were open. The carpet on the room floors is worn but clean. The room was tidy , but the bathroom floor grought at the shower needed replaced. The bed was comfortable, the coffee maker worked well. The TV was working and plug-ins for the laptop and phones were by the bed and he desk. A nice touch. The floor was quiet.The staff was efficient and pleasent."

"Stayed one night. Underground parking was a life saver though they charged 40 dollar per night but allowed me to park few extra hours after check out. They renovated the room but you can tell the building is aged. Overall, ok for one night"
Union Hotel

"Great location just a few minutes walk to Union Station. Room was spotlessly clean, bathroom at all the amenities and a great shower with a real slip-proof tile floor. There's a Tim Hortons across the street and housekeeping was on the ball the entire week. If you are flying in or out of Billy Bishop airport the free shuttle stops across the street from the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Very good three day stay. Friendly and helpful staff across the board. The room was large and very clean. The decor is dated but the cleanliness was evident. A great bed - very comfortable. Shower was good and the spaciousness of the rooms and having windows on multiple aspects made the space very comfortable. I would definitely rebook. Very convenient location as well."
