"Very Clean Room"

"I stayed the Comfort Inn at Guelph for one night. It was a nice stay. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. My only complaint is that my bar fridge made a noise all throughout the time even overnight. There was also some construction so when we were napping in the day, it did disturb us but that's okay and they stopped all hammering at a decent time before bed. The breakfast was better than I was expecting. There was a choice of muffins, toast, waffles, cereals, yogurt, some banana, scrambled eggs and sausage rounds. There was also coffee and a few juices. Good job Comfort Inn. I'd stay again!"

"This was home away from home. So cozy and everyone was SO nice and polite. I would go here again, just for a staycation. "

"The staff were amazing. The first night the room was extremely hot throughout the night but there was no way to turn on the AC. The next day, the receptionist moved us to another room without any issues and was very kind. We had breakfast the first day which was ok, nothing crazy. From what we saw and experienced, our stay was good"

"3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!"

"Our room was really clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were really friendly upon check in and check out. There was a local hockey tournaments in the area and the hotel was quite full and noisy. The staff that checked us in kindly switched us to a floor different from the hockey families. "
