「グエルフ駅から徒歩で来ることができ便利でした。 チェックインより早めに着いたので、荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると快く預かってくれました。 チェックインの時も詳しく丁寧に対応してくれました。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが残念でしてが、その他はとてもよかったです。 」

「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」
