「I just got back from my stay at RIUBahamas.We spent 5 days!I have to say it was a great stay and vacation. The majority of the staff was great, approachable, nice, helpful like La Linda, Tori, RJ in front desk, Julian at bell desk, Julian, Basil and Lauryn at Spa, Bernise at excursions table or Marco and Keenan at bar area. That being said there were somestragglers that can do better in their customer service. The property can use some additional renovations. There is a huge empty resort...

「The lobby is impressive, the huge fish tanks never seen before, very well designed, the gardens beautiful, the lagoons with turtles, sharks, beautiful dolphins, the beach with white sand and perfect water temperature. The pools beautiful. In short, beautiful hotel.」

「We had a fantastic stay. Everything was fine until the last evening. We had just finished a plate of chicken wings from the restaurant and since we had some leftovers from a different day, we moved to the bar to enjoy a drink and finish our food from the other day….then the two ladies in the indoor/outdoor dining area chased us down for borrowing a fork.
