We arrived and paid for early check in and did not get early check in. Once we did get to our room the bathtub was dirty the pillow cases were dirty and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. Some of the staff was snobby. You ask them a question and they just point! They charge for everything and have this VTA or VAT ( whichever one it is) tax on everything and everywhere you go in the resort.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
