"Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "

"We had a large family gathering and it was perfect! We stayed here and they stayed across the street at a larger property. We were happy to come home to this place because it was quiet and we had A/C and they did not! It was hot 84 most of the time so being able to sleep in a cool bedroom was priceless! And the view was outstanding! "
