「Generally a good stay with some inconsistencies. Room was okay but could have been cleaner. Carpet and other details seemed a bit old and frayed. Neighborhood was fine, though sketchy late at night. Pet-friendly, which was good. Solid but would focus on updating the rooms. 」

「Love that the hotel was within walking distance of the stadiums. The hotel desperately needs updates. The parking garage is brutal, barely could park our Yukon. 」

「I needed a quick place to lay my head at night while I visited friends, and this place definitely fit the bill. The staff was friendly and helpful (It was definitely interesting to walk in to see the front desk guy walking around with a parrot on his shoulder, lol). The room was clean and very spacious. I liked the separate sitting room from the bedroom. The carpet and some of the common areas looked a little old and in need of some renovation, but it wasn't terrible. My biggest complaint was...

「Nearly everything about my stay was wonderful. From check-in to checkout, the people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was attempting to get a coffee at the coffee bar took entirely too long (over 30 minutes). Two people working for the amount of customers on a Saturday morning is unacceptable (and one of them was so slow). Meanwhile, multiple dining room workers stood around right by the coffee bar.」
