"Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."

"Hotel is unassuming and blends into the street almost unnoticeable. Old building, cute and clean room. Daily room cleaning if you want it, if not they offer a free drink at the bar for declining. Bar is open 24h a day. Breakfast offered at additional cost but didn’t look appealing. There are street vendors and restaurants in the area that had better options. Close to shops and transportation options. Right around the block from the train (I took the train from the airport for £15). Very convenient and beautiful part of the city. Easy to navigate around. The hotel doesn’t have much to offer itself, no gym, no laundry, no computers (although they have wifi and printing capability), but the room is comfortable and the location is right. Just be prepared to drag your bags along the cobblestones/brick roads "

"Spotlessly clean room, Kitchenette area had all items you could want. Comfortable beds. Vast choices of breakfast items, staff couldn't do enough for you all extremely pleasant . Check in easy staff lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a central stay in London near the sights, Buckingham Palace only 1.5 mile walk away."
