That being said, most of the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was extremely clean, and the lobby was lovely to sit in. We never visited the restaurant, but the cafe offered delicious, affordable assorted breakfast options and the coffee was always tasty. The location was also fairly convenient - not in the centre of anything, but a good base to get to and from. "

"The only thing i didn’t really like was the breakfast buffet. The variety of food was not as expected and a lot of the food was cold and looked like it was there a while. But there were enough choices of restaurants near by and food court at the mall next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was best. "

"Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade "
