"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"Wasn’t sure what to expect from this place prior to booking it as I booked a little late. Great location. Washroom/showers are all shared but very clean and well maintained. I did find the humidity a little low but other than that, no complaints. I had concerns when I first looked inside my capsule that the bed would not be large enough, but I’m 6’0 and had plenty of room when I was sleeping. Last but not least, do take advantage of the free beer hour. It’ll give you a good chance to unwind...

"Very conveniently located but at the same time just step away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist noise. Walking distance to Namba station and so easy to travel to other subway lines. Loved the staff who goes and above beyond to help me out. Yesterday when my wifii wasn’t looking, she quickly printed out the subway route even without me asking her for it. They are very polite and tried their very best to communicate and I really appreciate it. Will surely return and stay in this place...

"The location is great, you have two different subway stations near by. Staying there puts you really close to Dotonbori and lots of shopping plazas."

Massage chairs, indoor/outdoor onsen, sauna, food for breakfast and late night, soda, coffee, soup, alcoholic drinks, chargers in capsules, different types of shampoos and conditioners, hair products, hair dryer, curling iron, and all other bath amenities anyone would need. Everyone was really quiet and respectful to others. "
