「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「Everyone is really nice, the property is clean and the outside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. They have activities every day, multiple swimming pools and swim up bar. I would say the best part about this hotel is that it is family oriented. I stood in the colonial club which is for adults only and it was. I had a fantastic experience with my husband at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Also our butler Luis took the time to book activities and reservations for us and the finest...

There were two things I didn’t not like. The resort is outdated and not the cleanest. Also there were people smoking next to the children’s pool. 」
