"교통 , 서비스등 전반적으로 편리하고 좋습니다 . 그런데 방이 좁은데 제대로 작동도 안하고 더구나 목부분에 때가 묻어 있어서 고객들이 사용안 할 안마기도 있어서 방이 넘 좁아요 . 또 다리부분은 안마도 안되는 것 같아요 ! 한번 고려해 주세요 ..필요하면 별도로 안마를 받으면 될 것 같습니다 ."

Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F. Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo. Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones. Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!"
