The only thing that i dislike is the environment nearby alot of dodgy people taking drugs in the middle of broad daylight. Overall i will say i had a pleasant stay. "This is a super hotel, extremely close (10 minute walk) to the Frankfurt railway station but in a safe, quiet area near the river. The hotel staff is warm, friendly and welcoming; my room was impeccably clean, with tasteful but simple decor, and included a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. Easy to walk everywhere, the bridge to the Städel Museum is literally a minute away, and all other cultural destinations are nearby (or there are taxis waiting outside), shopping as well. ...

"The free airport shuttle was very much appreciated. even though airplanes fly quite low over this hotel, there is little noise which can be heard inside. A very nice stay and I would choose to come here again if I fly in or out of Frankfurt."

"I have stayed in this particular hotel several times. It seems to lose its luster slowly but surely. The restaurant is no longer open for lunch or dinner, which is extremely unsatisfactory.
