Great place to stay

The staff was absolutely wonderful. I was initially a little worried, booking a hotel by the Frankfurt trainstation and decided to choose it mainly for price and location. I'm so glad I did. The hotel is lovely, the rooms a nice and very clean and the staff absolutely wonderful. Attention to detail makes this hotel a little gem. Thank you

Convenient

I like to stay in older European hotels. They have an atmosphere lacking in modern properties. The hotel is so close to the Hauptbahnhof that a person can walk there from their trains, making it perfect for overnight layovers.

It’s right outside of the main station which is handy but it’s also noisy. Once inside, the hotel is lovely. Though they say international TV none of the English stations listed worked and neither did captions. Taxis park out front which is very nice. There’s many restaurants in walking distance.

Overnight in Frankfurt!

The location of this hotel is the most positive point. Right across the central train station The minibar reffill has decreased. Excelsior hotel- same owner, next door- used to be much better! I was disappointed!

Reserved the King Room and were very happy. Had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here in the future. Loved the location next to the main train station. Also on the tram and bus routes in front of the hotel. Had a Cable TV, big bathroom, shower was wonderful, refrigerator with free drinks, a very comfortable king bed, lots of closet space, luggage rack, 2 chairs, small table, a desk with a chair and coffee maker. The daily breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices.

Everything was pretty good, staff was very nice, loved the glass of wine at arrival. Complimentary fridge in the room with orange juice water was nice. The room was pretty spacious. Only thing is the hotel is rt across from the main staion so there constant movement people walking, cars honking there horns etc. hit days with windows open sound proof building doesn’t help out with all the noise outside.

This is a good and very convenient hotel next to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof; I just used it the second time, and intend to continue using it whenever I have to travel to Frankfurt. It is not a chain hotel, it has a bit old-fashioned style, which I like. If there is one thing to object to, it is the city of Frankfurt, especially the area around the railway station; I feel in the last ten years drug use and prostitution have increased there worse than anywhere else in Germany. But the immediate area of the hotel is ok.
