「There were roaches in the first room got moved to another room where one of the mattresses had a whole in it and the shower handle fell off. Will never stay again」

「Our whole family had a wonderful experience at this facility. Staff very helpful, activities were a welcome addition and close to beach. Especially liked the idea of a beach shuttle, helped us older folks」

「Check-in was the biggest hassle, trying to get the code to the door and the pictures in the listing! do not do the room justice whatsoever. I thought I was going to a new modern place that was just freshly renovated! Instead, I got an old musty bathroom smell that smells like the toilet was just clogged for six weeks and the toilet was extremely too small. The kitchen was so outdated even trying to cook pancakes took two hours the pictures that I were shown when I booked the room is not how the...

「Restaurant and bar was closed. This was not told to us. We would have chosen somewhere else if we had known.」

「The condition of the “2” rooms they offered were extremely dirty and they stunk. The false advertising left us unable to eat, get a cup of coffee or take part in any of the amenities. Also, the “few” parking spots made us not want to go anywhere due to trying to park on return. This was the VERY WORST vacation I have EVER had. 」
