"For people have big luggage, better exit at 10 by elevator for convenience. My room located at 2/F, the room temperature was too warm with no temperature adjustment inside the room. Otherwise pleasant stay"

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Other than the construction going on right beside this hotel it would have been perfect. Clean, modern design inside each room and open concept lobby. The construction will be ongoing for at least a year so be warned. They are still digging a large underground area. "

"We loved our hotel location. It was close walking distance to many small eating and drinking establishments. Our room was clean and small (which is understandable). Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to have our bags transported to our next hotel. "

"First time staying here. Parking is really confusing since there are no visible signs when driving by. Ended up parking at the city walk structure which is NOT where you park. Although the front desk told me it was all connected. The rates are insane at city walk structure. Rooms, it was ok. 3 adults, 3 children and there are only 2 towels in each room. Kept having to call for extra towels daily. Bedding, another story.. You have to be specific so they know if youre going to use the pull out...

"The hotel was in the middle Osaka. 20min walk to see the famous Glico Sign. Restaurants, and coffee shop all around us. A small complementary breakfast and coffee is provided every morning at our hotel. Price was reasonable for two queen size bed in a single room. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Had onsite microwave, laundry and and guest shower. Bathroom was the best one weve had through out our trip. Pajamas were nice and good quality. Would recommend "

"Decent hotel with pretty good subway system access - room very small but nearly all rooms in Japan cities are - never had breakfast so cannot comment. Not much goinon around hotel in terms of restaurants etc."
