"Bathroom sucks but that’s pretty much the only flaw otherwise good hotel right near everything"

"Large hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from Osaka station. Near subways and lots of dining options. Rooms small by western standards, but for one person, large enough and functionally design. Includes work desk, good wifi, lots of plugs, USB connectors, etc. Bed comfy although pillow was a bit thin and hard. Bathroom had good shower but only a mini-half tub. Room had the extras like slippers, bath robe etc. "

"Excellent service and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with good western and asian food choices. Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area."

Walking distance to Dotombori, Kuromon market, Shinsaibashi-suji shopping district, Mido-suji street, etc.. Buffet style Bfast, free luggage lockers and coin operated laundry on-site."

"Everything was spot on and much better than expected! Location is convenient and close enough to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The laundry was so cool and you can check the progress from the tv in your room. Will definitely come back if we were to visit Osaka again!"

"I originally booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. The property is conveniently located right outside the train station and is a few min walk to the studio gates. The hotel was very clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread. It's not a themed hotel, but will definitely recommend to those looking for a hotel with great value & convenient location. "

"The hotel is across the street from the park! Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge! I found the bed to be quite firm and the pillows made of beans but that has been our experience in Japan so far! Everything else is wonderful."
