My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"
