"The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel. The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁"

"The room may be a bit small with no shower, but the hotel makes up for it by having an onsen, a cafe on the ground floor, free afternoon drinks and a tailor made breakfast. The decor is very clean and nothing like the chain hotels that tend to look too uniform in appearance. The staff were very friendly as well"
