"The staff were wonderful. My only problem was I suppose get a king bed and two queen beds instead I got one queen and two queen bed rooms instead. "

"Just a little rough for a Hyatt. I requested service daily and only got it once as well. Property needs some love."

"Paid $280.00 for a room that was probably worth $99.00( and that’s being nice)..This is a dated hotel,lobby is from the 80’s,the room we were given had wallpaper unglued in spots,the bath had stained ceiling tiles,the tub drain didn’t work( the drain plug wouldn’t stay up resulting in having to stand in you shower water),the cracks around the floor were caulked and dirty.The chair in the room was ripped and old,etc,etc…Bottom line? Choose a different hotel if thinking of staying by the casino.."

"The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Our daily breakfast was a very pleasant and satisfying way to start the day!"
