「シャワーからお湯が出ないので、フォントに電話しようとしたら室内電話機故障。フォントに行ったら、調整方法が間違っただろうと馬鹿にされた。クレーマー扱いで、スペシャルだよと一番遠い部屋に交換された。」

「The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable.」

「すぐ近くに、レストラン、映画館などがあって便利でした！ホテル前の脇道でマンホール？がへっこんでるところがあり、車を擦りそうになりました」

「although I have arrived later than expected, the staff welcomed the arrival and gave the quick check in service. the breakfast is provided from 7:00am, and though it should be started a little earlier. there are two bottles of water prepared in the room, 1 dollar for 1 bottle. it would be perfect if the water was a complimentary service.」

「到着日にバーレストランコーナーがやっていなかったのは残念。但し朝食などサービスは良かった。」
