The hotel was nice. I really like the dove products in the rooms and the staff were nice, my only bad takeaway was that jacuzzi jets didn’t really bubble and the chairs and floors were a little dirty. Other than that I would stay again

The staff was great however my room wad not clean upon checking in. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a blood stain on the top sheet. It was so disgusting. While the staff immediately moved me to a different room, I was still very uncomfortable.

I love that this hotel is kid friendly and the breakfast was AWESOME. The only thing I did not like was check in was at 4pm they knew that it was going to be busy and only had ONE person checking people in. It should not have taken almost an hour for me to check-in

The issue was not that it wasn't clean but it was in poor condition. There were leaks in the ceiling with buckets to catch the water laying around on the floor, duct tape on the carpet in our room, rips in the furniture. Beyond its physical condition, the staff had horrible customer service. But one guy was pleasant. I'll just say this place has potential but needs a bit of improvement.

Second time stand at this particular location it was packed beyond compacity couldn't get in the pool plenty of loud music people was dancing all in the hallways it was a gunshot the room was dirty as hell but the service people were amazing we asked for vacuums linkage sheets pillow cases cleaning solutions in garbage bags received everything but the cleaning solution overall it was a three won't do again

Cleaning wasn’t the greatest, front desk staff were nice. The elevators are in need of servicing, took the stairs more than used them. The breakfast, when finally served was good but they were to be open at 6am and we got turned away at 6:50 because it wasn’t ready.

Breakfast is great made to serve omelets are a wonderful idea, however they run out of many things quickly, the cook doesnt wear a hairnet over his dreads, and its a toss up on whether it will be burnt, under cooked or just right. My main complaints with this hotel are a few of the staff members are very short mannered and rude and not very helpful. Also there were children running all through the halls until 4 in the morning. And staff didnt seem to mind as well as families with food and what would appear to all their belongings sitting in the common area, changing dirty diapers on the furniture and tables and being very loud all hours of the night, the pool is small and over filled with people so many we couldn't even use it the pool hsd more than capacity from open until close and got dirty very quickly. And again staff doesnt seem to mind about this safety issue!

The staff was all friendly and the evening reception is a great perk. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not good. Dirty ice bucket, couch, glasses, etc. the condition of the room was bad too, loose table legs, broken lamps, busted furniture with wood pieces sticking out, etc.
