「Lovely friendly staff great room although compact - buffet very nice Pool area and sunbeds great. 」

「出張出張で利用したが、ごく標準レベルのリゾートホテルで、これといった特徴はない。 部屋は概ね清潔できれいで、ハウスキーピングもしっかりしている。ただし、部屋にティーカップがなかったのと、窓の鍵が壊れかかっていて安全面で不安を感じた。 また部屋は結構空いていたようであったが、アーリーチェックインに全く対応してくれず、遠路1日以上をかけて到着し、て疲れていた身としては不満が残った。」

「Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...

「Vi var veldig fornøyde. Hyggelige mennesker og bra frokost. Vi syntes rengjøringen var veldig bra der. Syntes hotel og beliggenhet var helt perfekt. En ulempe var når vi kom så havnet vi i 7 etg og det er ikke heis på hotellet. Så er dere litt eldre som drar så prøv få plass i 4 eller 5 etg Vi fikk byttet uten noe problem」

「Lovely affordable stay. Room and hotels clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable. Beach 2 min walk. Supermarket on the corner. Rooftop/ jacuzzi great to chill out after a day at the beach. Breakfast ok, plenty to choose from but not English style breakfast so bear in mind if you are English. Would recommend 😀」

「Schönes, ruhiges Hotel in dritter Reihe. Strand, Bars/Restaurants und Einkaufsboulevard fussläufig erreichbar. Appartment würden wir aber nicht mehr buchen,sondern stattdessen ein normales Zimmer, da die Appartments noch nicht renoviert sind (Dusche in der Badewanne).」

「This place is not a high standard. It is also noisy, sofa was not old and not comfortable, equipment in kitchen was missing and one of the two lifts wasn't working. But the location is very good, the view was great, the service was friendly, ac was working and shower was ok. The price was also rather attractive. We would recommend it rather for the young people who are ok with the party noise at night. 」
