"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"A small, drab apartment with a view of the street, a wall, and garbage bins. (Perhaps the apartments that look over the pool are nicer.) Bare minimum in the kitchen. Handy to the beach and tourist areas."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch der Hof und die Dachter-rasse. Es hat Schäden und nicht funktionierende Einrich-tungen. z.B. Im 2. Bad, (es ist eine einfache Toilette), ist das Waschbeckenrohr undicht, die Toilettenspülung läuft oft weiter, eine Heizung kann man nicht anmachen, vermutlich sind es die Batterien, im Wohnraum sollte man die weiße Kommode nicht anfassen, Schubladenbretter fallen heraus. In der Küche fehlen Geräte (gr. Messer, Kanne f. Kaffee/Tee, Pfanne etc.) auch sonst: Schere,...

"Pros: Huset havde alt det vi havde brug for. + med aircondition i alle rum. Moderniseret og lyst indvendigt og lækkert udendørs område, hvor vi tilbragte meget af tiden. Værten var meget flink og var god til at spørge, om alt var okay. Cons: Porten ud til vejen kunne med fordel udskiftes til en automatisk."
