"It was a very down to earth place with everything you could ask for for a good nights rest. "

"Spacious place"

"Peaceful retreat with access to great natural beauty."

"The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. However the room is quite old and there is nothing happening at the hotel. No laundry machine, no vending machine. Guests are required to come back to the hotel by 11pm everyday as the main door will be closed by then. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. You can either choose breakfast at 8 or 8:30am. Also there’s nothing around the hotel, please make sure if the location is fine for your itinerary ."

"The staff were very friendly. The washer and the dryer worked great. It was very close to the station"

"Love the experience and hospitality. The amenities were also so amazing"

"This hotel was a very nice stay with friendly staff, clean and new surroundings. I would like to go back again."

"Very nice old style budget hotel ideal for stop over Unbeatable price "

"A charming historical inn and hospitable hosts with great location, my partner was so reluctant to leave."

"Nice lodge with good conditions and convenient location. "

"八ヶ岳高原音楽堂でのコンサート後の宿泊で使わせてもらいましたが、コンサートのスケジュールに合わせて、駅からの送迎バスを出して下さり、助かりました。 夕食はお値段に見合う内容、その後の星空観察会は天候があまりよくなく館内施設での手作りプラネタリウムでしたが、参加者を楽しませようとして下さる心配りなどホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです"

"old establishment with stains on the carpet"

"Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "

"The best place to stay in Matsumoto. Rhe staff is great! The location is very peaceful, and the house is very nice. Thank you for letting us stay with you."

"古さは感じますが、全体的に綺麗でスタッフの方も親切です。"
