「This property is in a great location right on the bay. We stayed for four days. You can hear other guests talking in the room next door and the hallways so not great sound insulation. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast food was average. The lady working in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. We had terrible wifi in our room. There were one or two spots in the room where it worked well. The balcony had no connectivity. This was a pain more than anything, but if...

「First of all, we wanted a room with a balcony and a view of the water. When I booked the room it showed a nice balcony with pictures of the water. Just to make sure this was actually true, I tried to contact the hotel to ask. Instead of getting the hotel I got a reservation line that I believe was over seas and, of course, couldn't answer this question. I then called the number they gave me and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I never got through to anyone. I tried again and the same...

「The stairs to the 2nd floor were very steep and narrow metal steps. One of our bath towels had a brown smear on it. The room was otherwise clean. 」
