"GW中の5月初旬に利用しました。前月4月にリブランドオープンとのことだったのでまだ1ヶ月経たずしての宿泊でした。リブランドに間違いないかもしれませんが、前ホテルからの完全居抜きで、それ自体は構いませんが、年季の入った設備のあらゆるところにホコリがあり、とてもリブランドオープン間もないホテルとは思えませんでした。また、ルームウェアやスリッパが置いておらず、電話で確認したところフロントまで取りに来てくださいとのことでした。あと、セミダブルベッドでしたが、ベッドの中心あたりが人型で窪んでいたので年季を感じました。 前述通り、居抜きは構わないと思いますが、リブランドオープンに合わせて、せめて部屋のクリーニングは徹底して欲しいと強く感じました。安いホテルなのでやむを得ないのかもしれませんが、もっと安いホテルでも清潔に保たれてるところは結構あるので。"

"Conveniently located! Near to Nikko station, car rental station, petrol station, supermarket and eateries. All within a few minutes walk."

"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. "A very nice onsen hotel. The room was spacious, the bath was nice. Ample parking. The location was great."

"We had a Western style room on the 4th floor which had a balcony with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. The onsen was small but very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from both western and Japanese. We were welcomed by friendly staff."

"The hosts were amazing and dinner was delicious. The lodge was able to provide us with 5 beds and excellent air conditioning which is hard to find in Nikki."

"Biggest room I had during my two weeks in Japan, very comfy. The area around the hotel is a little boring though. I didnt bother with the free meal "
