"Great location. Breakfast less than average"

"You could not wish for a better location. It is in a walking distance to most attractions in Palermo. The premises are clean and staff is nice. "

"Small friendly hotel , conveniently situated for shops , restaurants, cafes. Manola & Antonella on reception were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Bedroom was comfortable & very clean ; the shower was good . Bedroom looked out onto interior courtyard but it was only for sleeping in , so that wasn’t a problem for me . Hotel is on the 1st floor , accessed by ancient-style lift , and a keycard opens the main door electronically. Once I’d got used to the lift it was fine ! Not luxurious...

"We stayed at Cinisi Vacanze the night before we flew out of Palermo. It was a 15 minute ride to the airport and they arranged our early morning transportation for our flight. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to dinner. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We did not partake of breakfast as we flew out very early. "

"I had an excellent experience with Ai Vicere. I went alone and needed help with a couple of things and everyone was very accommodating…a special shout-out to Vanessa, who was so kind and helpful. "

"I have no complaints with anything but the room I took was very small. Also the reception area was a 2 flight walk up with no elevator. The hosts were very kind and the breakfast was ample."

"The only advantage of the property was that it was close to the Central Station. We booked for two nights but when we saw the place, we stayed one night only. Senior citizens should definitely avoid it, as you have to climb several flights of stairs inside a very dilapidated building to get to the b&b. I cannot for the life of me understand why the Rough Guide and Expedia recommend it. Surely there must be more decent places in Palermo. I say, Keep looking!"

"Slightly quirky rooms, that were super nice with fresh and well done finishes. The girl that did check-in was super friendly and helpful and made me breakfast to take to my room for the next day due to being an early check-out prior to normal breakfast times. The room was very comfortable and modern, with an arty twist. Easy enough to find and access in what felt to be a safe location. I had a super good last nights sleep in Sicily here before heading to the airport. Parking was a challenge...

"I proprietari sono squisiti, gentilissimi, disponibili e accoglienti. La casa molto pulita e caratteristica, ideale per chi vuole immergersi nella cultura siciliana. La colazione ricchissima e soddisfacente, la signora è un'ottima cuoca ed estremamente gentile. Io e la mia amica siamo state benissimo in un'atmosfera familiare, con una terrazza incantevole sulla città. Consigliatissimo"

"The hotel is old and funky. Rooms are adequate, but not as advertised. The room was advertised on Hotels.com as with a desk and WiFi in the room. It had neither and the Alessandra manager was very unapologetic nor helpful at all about these misleading claims. The hotel is also on the THIRD floor (not second floor) with NO Elevator. Not bad once you've moved in, but be aware of having to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Staff, other than the manager, was friendly...

"The location is extraordinary, walking distance from most interesting part of the historical center, next to the fantastic botanical garden. Our room had a big patio where one can sit and enjoy while the sunset takes place. Recommended, one gets what one is promised. "

"Facilities feel aged though not worn, room wasn't very spacious but did the job for the night, clean and simple bathroom. A bit unfortunate about no English speaking staff but we were able to work out the basics just fine."
