Minimalist hotel excellent for flying out of Palermo airport. 5 minute walk to public beach. Quiet and safe area. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic!

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Flughafen und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war nicht renoviert, aber sauber. Möbel abgenutzt, Armaturen stark verkalkt und Föhn hat nicht funktioniert. Für eine Nacht trotzdem ok weil das Zimmer immerhin sauber war.

Antonella is a doll. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of an excellent trattoria favored by locals and those that travel from Palermo for the excellent kitchen. If you wish to walk across the runway of Palermo airport (not advised), you could be at the terminal in a few minutes. A taxi to and from the terminal takes about 15-20 minutes due to the circuitous roadways, costing 30-40 Euro. This is a minor disadvantage in view of the non-touristic vibe of the place and the first class kitchen. Then, of course, there is Antonella!

Rented this place because close to airport, onsite parking and restaurant attached which was perfect for a flight next day. The room was ok. Just had the basic room with a bed and TV. I will say the bathroom was decent and the shower head had the perfect pressure.

I liked that our rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was easy and we were greeted with coffee upon our arrival. The parking situation was difficult to interpret, though maybe it would have been easier if we were native Italian speakers. We ended up paying for parking on the street. No big deal, as it was only for one night, but if we were staying for an extended period of time, the parking would have been more important. Having a hotel attached to a restaurant is a double edged sword - on the one hand, we had a place to eat close to the hotel if we wanted. On the other hand, it was very noisy outside late into the night. Check out was easy, we just left our key in the drop off area before leaving in the morning. The most ideal part of this hotel was it's price, proximity to the beach and to the airport for an early flight.

Das Hotelzimmer war grenzwärtig, nur 2 Kleiderbügel, einer kaputt aus Plastik, der andere ein Gratisbügel aus Draht. Keine Spann-Leintücher Das Badezimmer schmutzig, die beiden Zahnbürstenhalter verkalkt und die Becher Plastiktrinkbecher. Abflussdeckel von Lavabo und Bidet konnte man nicht schliessen. Ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

Friendly staff and a great restaurant made staying at this hotel worth it. The rooms are fairly simple but its within walking distance of the beach, dinner at the restaurant was wonderful, and everyone was friendly. A good option if you are looking to save in the Paloma area.
