「Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. 「Absolutely adorable! Worth staying in king bed rooms with a balcony facing the river! It’s like you left the activity of Pigeon Forge and are in the woods instead. John at the front desk was awesome - gave us all kinds of information. Place is super close to all activities. The breakfast buffet was simple, but everything was fresh and pretty tasty. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned...
