「バスタブがあるし、お湯の出も問題なし。部屋にポットはあるが冷蔵庫なし。部屋の清掃は行き届いてるが、トイレットペーパーの補充がなかった。フロントに電話すると取りにくるよう言われたが、持ってきてと頼むと数分で来てくれた。朝食は毎日同じメニューだが、パン・チーズ・ハムが美味しい。レセプション、レストランともにスタッフの対応は良かった。清掃担当の二人が客室前でよくタバコを吸っていてポイ捨てを。当たりそうになったことも。カンファレンスセンターとトラムの駅にに近くて便利。お店はないので、買い出しはトラムで一駅＋歩いて10分くらいのモールへ。旧市街へは30分くらいだが、トラムの本数が多いので不便は感じなかった。」
