Loved the room, had a balcony, loved our view. Didn’t mind the location (despite other reviews I was dubious) - easy work to the station. Staff where great, enjoyed the restaurant too, wifi was super fast, and generally thought the facilities were great. High standards throughout the hotel. I’ve marked good rather than excellent as I could hear some traffic, a side of having triple glazing I’m not really sure how the hotel could do anything about that. Would 100% stay again.

Breakfast was good but over the period we stayed, the service and availability of items; juice and cold meats (for eg), became a problem. The location of the hotel was close to the river and public transport but it isn’t the nicest part of the city and walking through these areas in the evening isn’t the best

Fabulous hotel. We received a warm welcome with lots of tips for what to do. Wonderful room with a view of the river - highly recommend! Plenty of bars/ restaurants and even a supermarket on the doorstep. Roof top bar is lovely on a warm night (though staff seemed hassled!)

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Not the best of locations however. Bus and trams required for getting into the centre. Would not recommend walking back to the hotel late at night on your own. Also, night club next doors runs till 6am and the noise was terrible.

We saw some abandoned building in nearby areas and homeless people. Staff at the front desk was very nice though, the hotel itself is new and very clean, it's just the environment not very comfortable.
