"My wife, 2 dogs and I had a great stay at this vacation home in the Dordogne region. The location of the rental is central to several excellent wineries and nearby cities. The local market is walking distance to the property and they sell fresh clams on the weekends. The property does offer a sauna and hot tub which are nice and the hosts were very attentive to our needs. There was an issue with a barking dog next store but this was quickly resolved. "This property offers a lovely quiet location to relax but is handily situated for visiting Bordeaux or the surrounding wine region. Lovely pool area. Chantal is always on hand if needed and was the perfect friendly host."

"The Villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. The Villa however does require updating and some maintenance work. We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

"We had a lovely stay in this house. The house was decorated very stylish and warm and had all the things that we needed. The weather was hot outside, but the cottage inside was nice and cool thanks to the thick walls. The pool was lovely and the children had a lot of fun with the floating devices. The owner of the house emailed a lot of tips on things to do in the neighbourhood and we had a lot of fun exploring those.
