Villas Foch is a boutique hotel located a few blocks from all the action in Bordeaux.
The hotel itself is very clean and very smartly appointed. The rooms have been furnished with comfort in mind. We booked a “cozy” room because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. We normally book larger rooms. But the room was great and very comfortable.
BUT the best part about Villas Foch is the VERY young staff. I have no idea where the Owners found these young people but they definitely aimed...

In addition to being a beautiful hotel in the heart of St Emillion, the staff was exceptional. They worked with us prior to our arrival to set up wine tours and dinner reservations, and then helped us with last minute changes after we arrived. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The YNDO is a unique place to stay. Small, cozy, friendly, with a tiny but delicious dining area. Breakfast was super! Fresh oysters were the freshest and best ever! Location is a couple of blocks off the busy area, which is good and quiet.

10/10 Excellent
Our stay at Château Léognan was unfortunately cut short due to the nearby wildfires, but even with the unexpected circumstances, our experience was exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was seamless, and our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charm. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered.
When the wildfires forced us to leave earlier than planned, the team handled the situation...

Absolutely loved staying here. Room was large and comfortable with a king bed and an entire menu of pillow options. Location couldn't be better and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend doing the wine tasting — I learned a lot about wines from the Bordeaux region, and of course they were all delicious. Would definitely return!

When you think French beautiful countryside hotel, this is it. Our bedroom was in a remodeled barn with a small lake on one side and a vineyard on the other. The products in the bathroom are wonderful. The food is amazing. Lovely breakfast, delicious informal dining in the bistro and top quality dinner in the gastronomic restaurant. Truly deserving of their two Michelin stars.
