「Enjoyable stay; minimal contact with staff but they were helpful with check in instructions. The location was good with a cafe selection and transit outside.」

「A nice, quaint place to stay in a good part of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beware there is a steep winding staircase up to the rooms.」

「We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The staff was always friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations for things to see and where to go. The breakfast each morning was lovely as well. Our room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable and the main common area was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!」

「Antique accommodation at convenient location. I enjoyed French-style breakfast.」

「Calm. Relaxed atmosphere」

「Property is extremely well managed with utmost attention to detail」

「The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided.」

「The service was amazing. The rooms and the Chateau are beautiful. We enjoyed a private dinner that we would highly recommend. They did a wonderful job!」
