The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and room was serviced each day. Breakfast was a great way to start each day that we were there. We spent most of our days out exploring the and it was the hotel was a comfortable home away from home.
The room was amazing, clean and generous in size. The staff was more than helpful and always greeted us with a smile! Easy access/walkable to the city’s popular attractions.
Cute little hotel with a great location
AC could have worked better but this is France. Decent breakfast buffet. Excellent cocktail bar at night with very creative craft cocktails.
Our stay was cut short due to a medical emergency with my husband but the staff were amazing and helped look after my needs.
It’s a shame we didn’t get to enjoy the full facilities but would highly recommend. It’s a lovely hotel in the centre of Bordeaux
Cute boutique hotel in excellent location for sightseeing. Uber driver struggled to find location at arrival as it was on a small side street from pedestrian plaza and we ended up being dropped off and had to find hotel ourselves, but hotel called taxi for us on departure and they were able to pick up at the front door. Room was small but clean. Air conditioning in room kept up with the 100+ degree heatwave which was a big relief. Appreciated the breakfast option. Has a small elevator to assist with getting luggage to upper floors. Would recommend and would stay again.
Location, location, location. Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go.
Quiet, clean rooms. Awesome staff!!
I had a great experience here last summer, returned this July and have already booked again for August!
Really appreciate the extensive breakfast variety.
Really appreciate the private bar/lounge to meet friends before and after a night out.
When arriving our taxi driver dropped us off two blocks away as that was as close as he could get. We managed but with heavy cases it was difficult. I didn't choose the breakfast option as I personally feel 21 euro a person is too expensive. We went to different cafes and spent much less. I loved the location as we were able to walk everywhere. My only complaint was there was no mini fridge. That was my fault for not checking more carefully. As we travel with insulin it is very important for us to have a fridge. We had to ask for ice every day. Overall it was a good stay, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows and helpful staff.
The outside of the building and the downstairs public areas are beautiful and the hotel's location is excellent. The 'Comfort Rooms' are very small and dark and have no view other than the windows of other rooms. Air con was good but a small fridge would have been nice to store water etc.
