Hôtel very handy for visiting Bordeaux. If you do not a car you can hire the city bikes for Euro1.70 for 24 hours. Hotel restaurant is great, menu very tasty. Pool is small but lovely on a hot day. Will recommend and will stay again

This is not a 3 star hotel, maybe not even a 2 star. Staff is very nice, but the room has no hand towels, no tissues, no fridge (or ice machine on property) so can't keep anything cold. A 1-star Motel 6 has all these things in the US. No wine glasses even though we are in the most prestigious wine area on Earth. Can't connect TV to streaming services. Hotel restaurant is decent but overpriced. Very disappointed that Hotels.com gives this place 3 stars and don't understand all the great reviews.

No había cama hecha, habitación sucia, sin sábanas

Cuando llegue me entregaron mi llave pero no me explicaron más, tuve que ir entendiendo por donde se entraba, en donde estaba el estacionamiento etc. después no mi cama no estaba hecha, la TV estaba rota y pisos sucios sin limpiar

Restaurant helt ok, dock några dagar lite hög musik vid frukost. Vi vart uppgraderade och bodde på våning 4 , hade ett litet pentry och poolen på vår våning, där fanns också ett rum med tvättmaskin och tumlare, allt detta mycket bra. Internet fungerade mycket bra. Vi köpte tvådagars stadskort , det var lätt att ta sig inåt city och andra ställen med buss eller spårvagn. Vi cyklade några dagar och det var också lätt att hitta. Tvärs över vägen finns en sjö med badstrand , mysigt.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre copines dans cet hôtel ! L’endroit est calme, propre, et le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, parfaites pour un week-end détente entre amies. Petit bémol : l’accès en transport peut être un peu compliqué, surtout si vous comptez sur Uber ou Heetch – ils sont rarement disponibles dans la zone. J’ai même raté mon train car je n’ai pas pu trouver de VTC à temps, et j’ai dû en prendre un plus tard. Il y a bien des transports en commun, mais la gare Saint-Jean reste assez éloignée. Malgré ce point, je recommande vivement l’hôtel pour sa qualité de service et le cadre agréable. Prévoir juste un peu d’organisation pour les déplacements !

Greit hotell et stykke unna byen

Nyere, moderne hotell et stykke unna Bordeaux sentrum, ved en liten innsjø. Koselig restaurant og hyggelig personale. Bassenget er veldig lite, og bassengområdet har kun plass til noen få solsenger. Vi bodde i en leilighet med plass til 4, som hadde en fin planløsning med gang og bad mellom soverom og et rom med kombinert kjøkken/stue med sovesofa. Rent og pent. Lite hybelkjøkken slik at man kunne ordne seg enkel mat. Det er lite å gjøre i området rett rundt hotellet, annet enn å være på stranda ved innsjøen, så her trenger du enten bil eller ta trikken. Det tok ca 7 min å gå til nærmeste trikkestopp. Området rundt selve trikkestoppet fremsto litt slitent og «øde», og vi leste en artikkel om at bydelen hadde opplevde en økning i kriminalitet. Vi følte oss ikke utrygge, men jeg tror ikke jeg ville gått alene mellom trikkeholdeplassen og hotellet seint på kvelden. Selve trikketuren til sentrum tok 10-15 min. Matbutikk i gangavstand til hotellet.

Séjour business 4 jours

Hôtel récent de qualité, restaurant sympathique et rapide au rez-de-chaussée. Piscine en terrasse au 4 ème étage ! A ne pas rater ne serait-ce que pour se poser sur un transat avec le clapotis de l'eau. J'ai bien regretté d'avoir oublié mon maillot ;-)

Déception

J’ai payé la chambre à l’avance. Sur place, à l’arrivée, on me demande de payer le parking, la taxe de séjour et les petits déjeuners (55€) en plus. Au moment du départ on m’a redemandé de payer les petits déjeuners parce que, soit disant, le collège au check -in avait fait une erreur… Vu le montant réglé (55€), je pensais que tout etait réglé. J’ai donc perdu du temps au moment du départ. Et 15€ le petit déjeuner c’est totalement injustifié et hors de prix pour ce qui est proposé. C’est un petit déjeuner totalement basique. La chambre est les lits (2 lits 1 place) sont très petits. Les lits étaient trop collés. Globalement nous sommes déçues des prestations de l’hôtel, qui son surévaluées par rapport à la réalité.
