「Pros: Hot Springs, Good meals with two restaurants, breakfast included; very nice staff Cons: Treehouse was awful to stay in and definitely not worth the money; very outdated, tons of bugs everywhere; it was like staying in a tiny cabin infested with bugs. So disappointing. :(」

「The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. 「We were first given a cabin that was very close to the road. The traffic noise, especially early in the morning, was quite loud and made it impossible for us to sleep, even with earplugs. The jacuzzi in that cabin also wasn’t heating properly. We mentioned this to the host, who responded quickly and moved us to the other cabin that was set a bit farther from the road.
