「Amazing hotel, very clean and very nice views on Arenal Volcano.」

「There is a lack of culturally diverse music options and designated spaces where residents can listen to music, socialize, and relax. Additionally, daily housekeeping services should be provided consistently, with rooms cleaned each day without requiring residents to submit individual requests.」

「Best hotel ever! Very new and high tech but still has the rainforest feel!」

「Restaurant was good 」

「The workers were super nice, very clean room and hotel area, the best place i’ve stayed in all my travels」

「My husband and I stayed at Chachagua rainforest for 5 nights last week; Master Bungalow. The tree houses were sold out ☹️. Such a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and breathtaking resort . The scenery is gorgeous: hot springs, rivers, trees, flowers. Daily housekeeping: linens, towels, bathrobes are replaced by fresh and clean ones. Wonderful staff who payed close attention to our needs: Maria❤️🌸, Enersto, Ericka , Nathalie , Kimberly, Roberto, Gretchen , Emma , Karen. ( sorry I forgot some...
